I have no rear bumper, but I just finished installing a Curt 13703 Class III Receiver Hitch to the rear frame (I-Beams) of my 2015 3610RL. Along with an 18" Hitch Extender, a StowAway Hitch Tightener and a few tie down ratchet straps, it appears to be very solid. It's rated to carry 350lbs maximum.

We installed a Thule 2 bike lockable rack. Similar set up with the wheels in a slot with straps that feed thru. My hero did a welding medication to the hitch assembly to strengthen and make everything stable. The bikes and rack don't bounce. We covered 9100 miles in 4 months without a hiccup.
