Apache Junction area

HoboBob and I are in Queen Creek, AZ this week. We are curious to know if anyone is interested in doing lunch or dinner/supper either in Apache Junction or Florence or Coolidge or Superior or ......(your idea)?

I was thinking more like Wednesday, Thursday thru Sunday.

If interested please post on here sooner rather than later AND the location you'd prefer! Then we'll take the average, divide by...... Oh, I'll choose and post on here Tuesday afternoon with place and time.

We work at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum Tuesday - Saturday during the day so for us it would have to be dinner on those nights. Sunday we should be off so lunch or dinner would be a possibility.

Otherwise, see ya in January.

By the way, have you been to Oatman yet? Bob needs to get his picture taken while feeding the burros. You know, one A.. feeding another....

We are in Gold Canyon and would love to. The only time that doesn't work for us is dinner on Wednesday.
We met briefly at the Needles KOA late March 2010.

We'll be in the Phoenix/Mesa area by Thursday. Saturday would work best for us. OBTY does anyone have a recommendation for an RV Park in the Mesa area that is dog friendly?

I would recommend checking with campgroundreviews.com. I know the reviews should cover that issue. We have stayed in Gold Canyon and here in Queen Creek now because of $$$. Oh, and the sites here are HUGE! And the people are friendly. And it is VERY pet friendly!!!

Have no preference on where we meet to eat, but believe it or not, Superior has the best Chinese restaurant we've ever eaten in.

If all are agreeable, let's do Sunday with the Chinese restaurant DQDick has recommended. Dick, please give us address for our GPS or directions.

Another thing, Dick, are they opened on Sunday? Some little towns rooll up the streets on Sunday. And then again, is parking at the building or on the street?

Thank you Dick.

We'll have to go the other way to Apache Junction or Mesa. Sunday makes sense, but they aren't open on Sunday. Sorry!

http://m.santanflat.com/. On this linked page you can find more info about them.
6185 West Hunt Highway Queen Creek AZ 85142

I suggest we get there for lunch because they can get very busy on Sunday. Let me know if 11:30 is too early for you.

There is a waiting area just inside and outside the front door. Perhaps, if you have a MOC hat or shirt you can wear or bring along. See you there!
