Close the gaps?

Hi, I am wondering what I should do about the tiny gaps at the bottom corners of the slides where light and air both are coming inside the trailer? It looks like their just isn't enough of the rubber seal to cover it or is the slide not aligned properly? Please let me know what you guys have done about this.

The slide out needs adjusted. If in warranty take it to a dealer or you can do it yourself. If light is coming in also dust and dirt are also.

See if you can contact MIMF on this form and talk to him. His name is DALE. Hopefully he can help. Good luck and keep us posted.

Look in the manual that you hopefully got from Lippert. It details how to adjust slides.

Try

then OEM Components

then, Lippert for frame:

then Owners manuels:

http://www.lci1.com/service_owners_manuals.html

take it from there.

Good luck

Dale just responded to a similar situation. Unfortunately I do not remember which topic area it was in! The adjusting is not too hard but you do have to climb under the rig to do it. You should not see any light anywhere around the slides. They definitely need adjusting.

Let us know how it goes.
