HELP....CCC and furnace operation

Installed CCC during the summer months when it was 110 now that it is getting cold i need to have a little heat. tried to use the CCC and found that it is not showing furnace at all on the screen. do any of you know what this could be caused from. hooked up all wires and such from the old remote so i am at a loss right now. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

The problem may be due to the improper setting of the configuration switch on the controller board you installed in the AC unit. Remove the access panel on the controller box and find a 8-bit micro switch. The switch you need to turn "on" is in position #5. This is the setting that enables the furnace option on your new controller.

If you have any problems, PM me and I will send you more information to assist you in fixing your problem.

Don't forget, once you change that switch setting, you have to reset the CCC thermostat. To do that press and hold mode and zone buttons while you turn the power switch "on" on the CCC.

All thanks for the input. Eagle runner the config switch was nto turned on like you indicated. thanks for the help. would have been a long cold winter without heater. again thanks

Glad to have been some help to you and that the switch was all the problem was. That is one easy step in that installation to overlook. Been there; dont that!
