Outside shades, but not awnings

I know we have at least a couple of members with some kind of outside shade for their rear window and possibly others. Could you share your experience with them and where you got them?

We had a Snap on Shade for the rear window of our last unit. It was made by a Gentleman at a GoodSam Rally who was also busy making window covers for MHs.
It worked fine, yet a PITA putting on and off. Carefree was making a pull down shade for the outside, but at the time they didn't make one that was wide enough for our window. I would look into them and see what they might offer now.

We had one that we made/cut to fit and used Velcro sew on for the sun shade fabric part and Velcro stick on for the window. Yes it is a bit of a pain to put on/off but we loved the privacy and sun blocking effect that it gave us.

Now with our 2017 and the dual roll up blinds we may not use it as much.

Made my own snap on using woven shade material I found at ace hardware in albuquerque nm. I got more comfortable with putting it on and taking off after a few times. Really helps to cut temperature rise when rv is parked where back window is direct on to sun. With the woven weave, it doesn't kill viewing from inside and offers privacy from outside.

We have these shades http://www.carefreeofcolorado.com/pr.../sunshade.html for the back window and the dining table window. They work well and easy to put up and down
