Colorado bound

Louise and I will be leaving for Littleton, Co on 9/2. We will be staying exclusively at State Parks through Iowa, Nebraska and Colorado.

When we leave Littleton we may come back on I70 through Kansas and Missouri before hitting Illinois, again we will be stopping at State Parks.

Our reasoning is simple. Most State Parks are worth their weight in gold and need support. We have researched and found a number of them that will not only accomodate our unit but offer full hook ups as well.

As our adventure continues we will try to update our visits by Park and we expect to be on the road for a month.

We just bought a laptop so it will be an adventure in itself just trying to access connections.

If you are going any where near Le Mars Iowa, its worth a stop. They have a great city RV park, and Le Mars is the Ice Cream Capital of the World.

We are planning on stopping in Council Bluffs and it looks like LeMars is due north. We may amke a side "day trip" for some ice cream. Thanks
