2003 GMC 2500HD towing

We seem to be experiencing a rocking motion (front to back) when towing our 3280RL. Are we the only ones with this problem? The hitch is a Husky 16K slider. The "rocking" occurs more frequently on interstates that are somewhat bumpy from frost heaves etc. If anyone has or had this problem what is the solution, air bags, dual wheel conversion or trading for a 3500. How about you folks towing even larger RV's with 2500HD's?
