Did it - New 3400RL

Well after seeing the 3400RL at the MOC rally I was struggling with
making a decision to buy. My current 03 3670RL has been an excellent unit but the changes in the recent models were very attractive to us.
I decided yesterday to go for it and placed the order. Hope I get get good one!

I envy you. I fell in love with that unit. But after working the figures, not this year. Maybe next year before the coupon expires.
Our unit is beautiful so I don't have anything to complain about.

Congratulations, neighbor-at-the-rally! We're very happy for you but knowing how close you came during the rally we're not really surprised! I hope by ordering it the interior color questions are resolved. Good luck with it, keep us posted, and, most of all, enjoy it!

Steve and Betty,

Congrats on the new Montana. The 3400 is my favorite Montana so far. Like some, a little much for my budget but I'm always happy to hear when someone buys one.

Steve and Betty,
Congrats on joining the ranks of the 3400 owners. We love ours and hope you will enjoy yours. I was so worried about leaks that everyone talks about. It has been raining here since midnight and so far WE ARE DRY.

Congrats on the new unit. The floor plan on that model is really nice.

Glenda and I just sold our 2750 and will wait until Dec to see what new floorplans come out. Then we will order.

Happy RVing

Congratulations on the 3400. We called our Dealer in Canada while we were at the Rally, he had a 3400 and we gave him a $5000 deposit over the phone. On the way home signed the papers and a week later picked up our new 3400. We are now in Florida with it for 3 weeks and to date only have one small problem, the light over Colins bed does not work. We have spoken to the dealer and he has said not to worry they will deal with it on our return. This is a super coach and together with the lovely weather here in Orlando things are great. By the way we had the 335 Mountaineer at the Rally and our Dealer gave us a very good deal on it. Steves - enjoy.

Congratulations, Steve and Betty. When do you get your new unit? We close ours up for the winter next weekend and will miss it. With so many great floorplans, it was hard for us to decide, but the 3400 fit our family well. We had ten people inside Labor Day weekend watching a movie and no one got crowded. Lots of space. Terrie just had me rearrange the furniture today similar to the way a number at the rally had theirs - couch along the back and recliners on the slide. Well, enjoy. Now you can do all the neat modifications we saw at the rally.

Steve and Betty,
I send my congratulations as well. I know the 3400RL will fit you just perfect. I placed my order for mine on the last week of January at the local rv show and had it in the driveway mid April. It went to the lake May 5th and did not have any trouble with the coach. No slides leaking, shower leaking, nothing... (Knock on wood it stays that way.) My coach is used as my lake cabin all summer and has had many, many friends over at one time. Enough room to go around. Again, congrats on your new coach and hope you have many miles of enjoyment to come.

I am scheduled to get it the 2nd week of November. I ended up buying from Pat Heath (Hart City in Elkhart In.)The deal was so much better from them compared to what was offered back home. So I have to drive out and pick it up. If anybody is interested in more info please e-mail me. Thanks for all the good wishes.

Congratulations Steve and Betty - Share in your excitment for the 3400 is really a neat unit. Fell in love with it myself, now just have to keep working on hubby to soften him up to the idea. I am curious -- are the new 3400's being built with the revamped bedroom design that we saw on our factory tour?

Vickster, I could not get an answer on what the factory would be producing at this time. I can't remember what the proposed bedroom changes were. I was talking with the Customer Service guys when our group went through the new prototype. Let me know what the change was and I'll let you know when we pick it up.

Steve - If I remember correctly, in the new Monty's bedroom the front closet is smaller. On the right hand side is a swing out TV with four drawers below that. The chest of drawers is now higher with 6 drawers and to the left is a space to accomodate pull out room for the drawers that are on the right hand side of the closet. I hope this isn't too confusing. Thanks. V

Vickster, Vicki said she'd die for that bedroom. I mentioned it doesn't have the wood doors between bedroom and bathroom that she always said we have to have and she said she'd even give that up. But.... they'd have to make us a spectacular deal for us to trade our 3295RK.
