helmick Montana Master Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Siloam Springs Posts: 2,206 M.O.C. #8890	Thats has not been the norm for us, our dealer we will never go back to. Keystone factory customer service has been great. My sound system went out and after 15 months and I said if you send me one I will instale it. Had one in five days.
