Triglide not shipped

On October 16 I ordered a TrailAir Triglide from etrailer with the typical confirmation email, and after about 2 weeks received and email from etrailer stating TrailAir would not be shipping the Triglide until mid November. Then another email stating that that TrailAir would not ship until mid Novermer and yesterday another email stating it would be mid December before shippment. What is going on at TrailAir or is it etrailer? I have instructed etrailer to reverse the transaction if the order is not filled by Dec 15th. Perhaps I am just too patient and should have canceled sooner.

Etrailer has always been very prompt and fast with my orders. I tend to believe Trailair may be the problem

I bought my triglide from Lippert last year and paid a lot less than etrailers price.

If not mistaken, Lippert purchased Trail-aire a year ago or so.

Correct, TrailAir is now owned by Lippert and facilities have been moved over the the Lippert Service Center. (Was there at the end of the Rally)
