As some of you may know, Joyce underwent brain surgery last July. Her faith is very strong and it will see her and Tom through this. However, I would ask for the MOC prayers also. The more prayer, the better.
After emailing Tom and Joyce to invite them to lunch, this is the response. It will describe the situation better than I can. Thanks again for your prayers.

Unfortunately I had developed some very nasty infection. I will continue on interveinious antibiotics here at home for the next two weeks.
