Normally you will find a tag on the axles themselves. From that you can track parts. Easiest way is to buy entire brake assemblies, run $60 or so per wheel depending on the specific axle, simple bolt on. Left and right hand assemblies. Dexter webpage good reference source..

1retired06 is correct. I've found e-trailer.com a good company to deal with.

What do you mean it is not stopping well?
Tires skidding? Tires will not lock up?
No brake action at all?

Your Montana has the same GVW as mine, so I suspect 7k axles, and I believe the brakes are 12-2.

You can do as I did and convert it yourself to electric over hydraulic disc and forget about brake problems for a very long time and have the comfort of knowing it is going to stop when you apply the brakes. Did mine this past Spring for $1550.00 which included all new Timken (made in USA) bearings.

I have a 2007 3400RL. I recently upgraded my axles to a Dexter System with Disc Brakes. I knew I wanted the Disc Brakes and the difference between changing out the axles vs. adding just the Disc Brakes was only about $600. Best mod I have made to my rig.
