Hi all, just spent about an hour trying to come up with a phone number for Sylvania. I need to ask them about their microwave. The manual is very poor.

The address on our Sylvania warranty card is:

Mackarl Enterprises, Inc.
Service Department
16988 Gale Avenue
City of Industry, CA 91745

574-848-2294

This is where I called to get a replacement turntable. Perhaps they can assist you.

I have been trying to contact Sylvania for two days now. here the rundown and phone numbers.

1st - 800-856-8977 this is Sylvania (general) not the RV group.

2nd - 574-848-2294 this is a number nobody ever answers. you are ask to leave a message. the list of options don't help with anything. TRIED ABOUT 20 TIMES

3rd - call 1st number back waited about 10 mins and got a number to call for help this number is 800-720-2852. somebody answered and said hello lighting group. Now this guy was very nice he looked and looked and finally the number i needed.

4th - 866-432-7832 (ex 117) this number says all operators are busy please leave message. when switched to the recorder it says it's full and says good by and hangs up. So i think this is the right number just can't get though. ( RV MICROWAVE GROUP)

Swanny, I Googled 866-432-7832, and it shows to be MacKarl Enterprises. I suppose their service has gone down hill. I had no trouble at all getting someone on the line there. Of course, that was a couple years ago. I might add, that number shows to be a number associated with a bicycle helmet recall. Perhaps that explains why it is so busy.

I'm late reading the posts, but I thought I would respond to this one. My Sylvania micro/convection went toes-up last December - looked like an arc welder at the fiberglass cover over the magnetron. Sylvania is not the manufacturer - they just licensed their name.
So I called the number in the booklet, and after explaining all the symptoms was told that they had just declared bankruptcy. They had lots of spare units but weren't allowed to ship any. Called Keystone, and they said to take it to a Keystone dealer and have it verified as bad, so I did and it still was. They ordered a new one from Keystone (unfortunately still a Sylvania). It arrived in 2 weeks and has been working fine so far.
