We have a 2018 Montana Legacy that has some small holes in the rubber roof. The location is on the radius over th door side bedroom window. Any one else having these issues??

Is it Staples pushing up as that sounds just like staples causing the holes. Eternabond tape is your answer or the dealer and they can use Eternabond tape and keep your camper for weeks if your dealer is just like others. ether way you need to stop the leaks. ASAP.

Should still be under warranty I would call Keystone and the dealer and get a file started ASAP!

My first thought is you rubbed the roof on a tree branch without realizing it. That is the cause of most of the rubber roof holes and tears. Staples popping up are rare and you will see them sticking out if they caused a hole. The answer is to get some Eternabond tape, clean the spot, apply it and forget it (until the next hole/tear). We have all done this and Eternabond is your friend.

If you think it is a manufacturer defect then push the dealer to repair. Or, just do as stated above.

The do make the tape in a tan color that looks like should match the roof color pretty close.

Had same issue.. must have rubbed a tree branch... CW wanted to replace entire roof for $7,000... told me to file an insurance claim...went into store, asked what to use, was told Eternabond tape, in tan... amazing product....
I also repaired my nephews inflatable Kayak with a pc....

I agree, as I have done this myself. When I thought back on all my maneuvers when turning through parks and parking, I have actually realized when it happened. That radius is very vulnerable to damage from even small limbs.
