Fuse Panel Buzzing Noise

Have my new Montana connected to 50 AMP at home and it all of a sudden it has a buzzing sound, not sure if this is normal, didn’t happen with my Crusader but wondering if I just missed the sound before? I do have a residential Fridge and nothing else is on?

Does it go away when you unplug the service? or is the fan in your converter you are hearing or you mite have other problems!

Two things that I would do. The easiest is to disconnect all power, then pull each breaker out and check the 120VAC screw connection(s) for tightness, The next is to pull the basement bulkhead panel and check the converter fan, especially if it's a WFCO. They use a low end 100mm computer case fan that can be fairly easily replaced with a better one (that I have on my to do list). Then that 5er with a residential fridge - it may also require that that you have an inverter, probably a Xantrex. That too will have a cooling fan. We had no problem with our last 5er with that but it too may be causing noise. We don't have an inverter on this 5er, so my history is fading.

Does it only buzz when plugged in? Does your unit have a generator or the generator prep package? You might be hearing the transfer switch; they all make a little noise. My transfer switch is about 18 inches from the fuse panel so the noise could sound like it is coming from the fuse panel.

Have you installed a hardwired RV Surge & Electrical Protector? If so, they will make noise when you are plugged in.
