Changing 3 steps to 4

Latest change on our rig was, a 3 step to a 4 step. This was not an easy one to do, but worth it, went from a 9" rise to about 7 1/2". There was some cutting on the bracket where it bolts up to. This should be a two man job, but I did it myself (not good lots of bad words) but it's done. (The pieces I cut are to the left of the steps.)
