gosland, its a beautiful unit!
Hopefully you won't have other issues. It's been my experience that 90% (made up number) of all new campers have a few issues. DW and I pick up our new 2016 3000 Montana in a couple of weeks.. ish. It's ready but DW is an accountant and this time of year its hard for her to get off work. I'll take a look at some of the caulk during our PDI.

Question.. did you have the second awning added to yours? Factory or dealer?
