12v panel

I have a 3400RL the 12V panel is in the bathroom. The last fuse on the wall side did not blow but it did melt the panel. Does anyone know what this fuse is for. Everything seems to work OK but the melting the plastic scares me. We are full timers, and believe me there are pros and cons to this subject to. 3400RL with electric awning, wing deck. towed with a Ford 04 Deisel with AirAid 4 inch SSexhaust, and air ride springs.

They are labeled but hard to see unlike the ac ones. You may have to stand on something in order to look down on the panel to see the labels.
