Level Up Front Legs
Thinking about moving my front legs up 1 bolt hole for more ground clearance. Appears to be plenty of room for legs and hoses to do this. Has anyone done this? 6" of ground clearance doesn't look good! I don't remember my 2014 3750 being that close. Or am I over worrying??

I am aware of the minimal clearance, but so far no issues and I have left at factory install.

Don't believe I'd mess with them. Never have heard of anyone having a problem with factory setting.

IF you play with them you will void your warranty and I don't think you want to do that on a new rig. If you need more ground clearance put blocks under the legs. I've built 12 X 12 blocks out of treated decking. I built two that are three high and 4 that are two high. They work great and if I need extra height because the ground us uneven and lower in one or two spots I put the three level blocks under those legs and the two under the other four. I carry the blocks in the bed of the truck and they are easily accessible anytime I need them. IF you're concerned about travel with the legs being close to the ground or roadway, I don't think you will have any problems.

Thanks everybody. Guess I'll leave them alone and just be cautious when something looks suspicious. My biggest concern was dips, but seems like nobody has really had any problems.

You might want to take driveway dips, etc at an angle instead of "head on". I have never had a problem with my level up pads dragging. The front ones were coming VERY close at one place we visit regularly but after I noticed it I started adding more pressure to my airbags before that particular place and then going back to normal towing pressure afterward. Problem solved.

We recently purchased a used 2012 3750FL and my only hesitation in purchasing it was how close the rear lifts and spare tire are to the ground. Last weekend I moved both rear lifts up 3 holes, ~3 in. Other than it being a little awkward to get to them, it was pretty simple job. I may have to place a couple blocks below them before leveling but for me that's worth the piece of mind.
I also purchased a few more bolts, to be installed this weekend midway between the newly positioned ones. Oh yeah, I queried Lippert on the proper torque for the bolts, 102 +/- 15 lbs is what they said.

Now to find a new place to store the spare tire...

I was nervous while backing my up an incline and then onto a level pad. Everything worked fine, probably the closest thing that could have scraped was my generator exhaust pipe. Would have gained a half inch if I would of went with the 235-85R 16's but I stayed with the stock tire size because I allso worry about the clearance above the unit when going under tree iambs and overpasses. Damed if you do and damned if you don't.

Since we work at Fish and Wildlife refuges we've had our rig in some pretty strange places and never dragged a front or rear pad ever. I wouldn't mess with the placement of them under any circumstances.

I spoke with lippert and they said as long as I had same number of bolts in it it wouldn't hurt anything to raise the front legs. Mine have drug on many occasions and I am going to raise mine a hole or two.

RayT-- Be sure your newly raised level-up legs do not extend to far! If they do it will cause a definite problem and also with them extending down further you will more than likely experience a little more rocking and swaying than what you experienced previously. I know the level-ups are installed so one does not need to place blocks between them and the ground but you may have to carry some blocks with you just to make the unit a little more steady/sturdy now!

Thanks I do have a few blocks I plan to use. A little less convenient to set up but for me, its worth the piece of mind.
Thanks

On my punch list/warranty items visit to the dealer I had both the pin box and front legs raised. The pin box for overhead clearance and the legs for ground clearance. My hitch is tall (Reese Titan) so the clearance from trailer to bed rails is now 7 1/2". I spoke with tech support before I did it and they said no problem on the warranty so long as my dealer did it.
