New from California

HI Everyone!
We are Tommy and Debi from the beautiful Napa Valley who are so excited to be moving up to our new Montana (picking it up this weekend.) We've been RVing in our 'starter' fifth wheel (21 ft. Tahoe) for the past five years. We take about 3-4 long weekends a year and one big trip annually. Planning a two week camp trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Any suggestions?

Welcome Tommy & Debi,

Now that's what I call a step up. A very big step at that. I'm sure you are going to love your new 3400 RL. It's a beautiful Coach.

Congratulations and Welcome to the MOC Family.

Welcome Tommy and Debi; How excited you sound ... the 3400 is gorgeous! When are you going to Yellowstone? we'll be there in August (I think ... my travel agent isn't here for me to ask right now).

As you've probably already noticed, this forum is a gold mine of information!

Welcome Tommy and Debi to our ever expanding MOC family.

The 3400 is slowing become Montana's fastest growing model. I do believe you made the right choice. I know for sure your tow vehicle is the right choice.

Welcome to MOC and congrats on the beautiful new 3400RL. As the astronauts say "one giant leap" from the Tahoe. You will really enjoy Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks, but start planning now for Glacier. Don't make the mistake of dying without seeing the "Going to the Sun Road". Happy Camping !!!

Welcome aboard and congratulations! We love the 3400 as apparently do many others. It's a big seller. As Vicki said we'll be at Yellowstone in August. Actually, Aug 15 to Sep 15. We'll be at Red Rock RV Park near Island Park, ID.

Congratulations on your move "UP". I came from a 20ft TT and find it easy to get lost in all of the room!! Welcome to a great "family"

Hello Everyone!

What a wonderful surprise when I logged on today and read all your replies!!!

Vicki: we have reservations at Grizzly in W. Yellowstone for the last week of Sept thru first week in Oct. A little concerned about snow but we can't go sooner than that (it's crush time in the valley and my hubby drives for the industry.)
Glenn and Lorraine: Thanks for the assurance on our truck's towing...we were a little worried!
Palebluedot: Will definitely look into seeing Glacier!
Sue and Ed: Now you have us really excited about our new rig!!

Again, thanks everyone for such a warm welcome! Last question: has anyone tried the Power Vision Towing Mirrors? Or have a suggestion for us as we need to extend our mirrors on our '03 Silverado 2500HD.

Tommy and Debi

Well, heck ... looks like we're going to just miss each other. We arrive 8/15 and leave 9/15! Hopefully, our paths will cross sometime down the road. We're really looking forward to Yellowstone and Glacier, we've never been to either park. Have a great time!

Tom & Debbie..... were you at Doran Beach (Bodega Bay) on 5/25 & 5/26 in campsite #19?

There was a new Montana there and we didn't get a chance to speak with them but the license plate frame on their truck was from Napa.
