Still have a ton of cassette tapes

My wife and I have always enjoyed listening to books on tape when we travel. Though our 2008 Ford truck did not have a tape deck, it did have an "aux in" plug that accepted a 1/8" stereo plug from a walkman tape player. Using that allowed us to play cassettes. Our 2016 Ford truck does not have the "aux in" plug, only two USB ports, an SD slot (for the navigation card, and three "audio/visual in" ports.
Does anyone know of a way to use the walkman tape player through the vehicle audio system these days? Looks like we may be stuck with a ton of cassettes that have finally met their match.
I did buy a system that claims to convert cassettes to digital so they can be burned to cd but that takes a long time.
