Kudo's to Burlington Graphics
Went to their website and ordered replacement front "Montana" decal for my 2008. I got a reply two days later that said it would be shipped and was covered under warranty. I hadn't even asked for warranty. That is the mark of a company that actually knows what customer service means.

I received my new "Montana" decal a month or so ago. I thought the response was greatfrom Burlington. But, I do agree with Richard, it is a shame to have to replace them. I haven't decided when to put the new one on yet. At time of sale could be a good time to do it. I understand the graphics folks had some issues with their supplier. So kudos to them for backing up their product.

In a perfect world nothing would ever go wrong, but nowadays that just isn't reality. Having worked retail most of my life I completely understand from a company standpoint how things can and will go wrong. The measure of a good company is one that steps up to the plate and deals with the issue in a courteous and efficient manor. In our case Burlington did exactly that when we requested decals on two occasions. The last was a the 39 month period, even out of their replacement warranty time frame, shipped to my door in Canada. I agree kudos to Burlington!!!

I have just notified them for the second time about my graphics, so we will see if I get a response this time or if I am once again ignored.

I went thru the website and ordered some decals, got an e-mail back on their quote form. I called and asked what the price was, was told no charge, unit is 4 years old. This is the 2nd time I have ordered decals with the same no charge, I'm happy. Think I'll wait a while and order a whole set. I have only been ordering them as they go bad. Seems Burlington is definately stepping up to the plate on this as the decals we have were not Burlington to start with. They are covering Keystone's collective a@@.

Burlington Graphics does a seminar at the fall rally that is very informative and details graphics care and the difficulties in manufacture. The consumer shares some fault as most do not adheere to the care and maint of graphics as outlined by Burlington. It may be a coincidence but we have never waxed our graphics and follow the procedures outlined by Burlington. The graphics on our 06 3400 are in perfect condition.

I just recieved a price back for the front nose decal and it was $137.00 and some change plus $25.00 for shipping, witch is cheaper than I expected but these decals shoould not start peeling in the first two years, I really believe that the material the they use is not durable enough for the weather that these Montana's see, Maybee Keystone should look at a different company I have seen other Keysone trailers on the road and the decals don't look to be shrinking or peeling the way mine are.
