Looking forward to hearing problems, fixes, tips & tricks and favorite camping locations. I am a USAF Vietnam era B-52 Bomb/Nav veteran. We traveled 22 states last year with a Keystone Outback travel trailer and knew we had to upgrade to a 5th wheel. The roads across the country made the travel trailer feel like a bucking bronco even with a load leveling hitch. The Montana hauls like a dream behind the CHevy with gobs of power to spare from the Duramax.

Welcome

Welcome to a great forum as a new member myself. I also live in New Hampshire. How about this weather? Can't wait until it warms up, getting the itch to head out.

Nice weather... for February. Indeed, we did about 3000 miles in March down NC, SC, GA, TN, VA and back. We thought we would get better weather. Not so even down there it was below freezing most nights. While we are glad to be home, this weather is absurd. Next year we are going further south and staying longer.

I agree. Just retired after over 30 years in the Navy and looking forward to a fair bit of camping this year. My wife and I hope to take a longer trip next year out west since we finally have some time to ourselves.

Welcome, from just south of you. NH is one of our favorite destinations for camping. Especially the White Mountains region. Enjoy your Montana and welcome to the forum.

Yeah winter here in sw florida has been pretty much 80's, some low 90 days, some freak 60's. Wish it was back to 70's during the day like it used to be. At least no snow...and I don't hang around into may and beyond for hurricane season. Makes it a lot easier to fix things that break on the trailer though.
