Amusing

We have been fulltime for about 2 ½ years now and it still amazes me how many folks come up and ask where in Montana we are from. Even get asked this by full timers. There are 6 Montana’s on the row we are parked on in this RV Park and I was asked that yesterday. I get a chuckle out of it every time.

Gosh - I almost bought a Neptune MH last year, wonder what they would have thought then.

Brad, your pointy ears don't even show up in the picture. That disguise your wearing must be a pain to get into .

Jim, you think it's odd that people ask you where you live in Montana, you oughta try living in New Mexico. You'd be suprised at the number of US citizens that think New Mexico is a foriegn country .

When we are in AZ, we get asked where are you from and I reply, " We are from Washington but, when here we spend most of our time in Montana!" You should see the puzzled looks. Only a few have asked what do you mean. After I point they get a good laugh.

We are always asked where we are from (Washington plates), and we always reply that we are from "here", and that is where our home is located at that very moment.

We get strange looks when they ask how long you have lived "here", and we tell them about 3 days....so, the comment about New Mexico, just doesn't surprise us.

There are lots of "Happy Campers" out there, and some have brains, and some....well, they have something else that keeps them occupied.

We haven't been asked if we are from Montana yet, but when they do, I'm going to tell them we're from Grand Junction and traded up to Montana.

I see you haven't lost your sense of humor ole friend, and if my memory hasn't gone, I seem to recall you kinda like riding that motor scooter around in our mountains .

Love low ridin' that scooter in your New foreign land...haven't seen any aliens yet! Heard there's evidence they've been there.

We pulled into a Sam's Club in Ocala while driving the pickup with the MOC license plate frame (with a Michigan plate) and a person who had followed us into the lot asked us where in Montana we were from. I know the condition well - speak first and think later.

Ed had his MOC shirt on at a pot luck and the woman ahead of us in line asked where in Montana we owned property. It has happened before. Good conversation starter!!
Happy trails.....................

What's really funny is - I think if you asked the same question to folks that actually have the Montana license plates, most probably couldn't answer you either, because they have never been to Montana.
