question about the television in the bedroom of our 2011.

The small TV in the bedroom has a 12v plug for power. Is the TV specifically designed for 12v, can the power source be changed for 110?

I would like to put a new set in but do not know if I had to shop for a 12v unit or just change the power cord out. Thanks

Our 2010 had a 12V tv in the bedroom. Only time in all our units. But pretty sure there was a 110 receptical as well. 110 would have to be tied to a circuit breaker vice a fuse. Hopefully a smart electrical guru can provide some specifics on re wiring options.

Isn't there 110v outlet there as will you should be able to put any TV you want as long as

Our 2010 also had a 110v outlet near there and also near the basement mount to move it outside so if your's is like that you could use either one.

Our 2010 Monty also had the 12V TV, but also came with a 120 VAC to 12 VDC adapter.

I have a Jensen in my BR with 12v plug. I bought an 110v Jensen adaptor from Amazon. was under $15. Works fine. I also bought an extra remote, so we have his/hers.

My 2011 3150RL doesn't have any 110 VAC behind the TV only 12 VDC, but there is a 110 VAC outlet beside the drawers below the TV. Just swing the Jenson TV out and you'll be able to see behind it.

I purchased a 26" Jensen TV and to install it, I used 1" square aluminum tubing to bring it our away from the shelf units on both sides of it. It is a nice unit and wasn't terribly expensive. Still doesn't work with the Dish remote control, but we have gotten used to it.

You didn't state year & model of your Montana or have a signature with it included but our 2018 3791RD has 110 outlet and 12v outlet both behind our BR tv. Our factory BR tv is 110 volt Insignia. Our previous 2012 only had 12v with 12v tv.
