Lippert Shout Out
I just wanted to give a shout out for awesome customer service to Lippert. I had an issue with my level up system on Sunday around 5PM PST (wait for it). A technician answer the technical support line when I called Lippert to leave a message for a call back. That's 8 PM on a Sunday night local time. Got me out of the predicament I was in. When I called Lippert the next morning they arranged for a replacement touch pad for me at no cost. I might add that my unit is no longer under warranty but I did have a documented issue with Keystone about the touch pad while it was still covered under warranty. As a courtesy they took care of me. Thank you Lippert, your technician's/customer service employee I dealt with was well trained, knowledgeable and empathetic.
