Does Keystone ever respond to their email?
On the Keystone Mountaineer website under customer service is a contact link
http://keystone-mountaineer.com/inde...t&location=any
in order to request sales or service information. I had posted a couple questions via this option but have not heard back. Does Keystone respond to customer questions via this mechanisim or is this a black hole? Has anyone found a way inorder to communicate with the company via email?
