Electricity.....do you shut breaker off?

We belong to KOA and get the KOA newsletter. I am sitting here reading it and saw this interesting article about RV breaker tips.

Those circumstances are:

1 Before you plug your RV into a campground’s power pedestal

2 Before you unplug your RV from a pedestal

3 And when an electrical storm is building in the area.

Do any of you do this? It goes on to say why but I was wondering how many people here do this...

I never thought about doing the 3rd one. We do unplug the computers. We were in one of these storms last Saturday night. Only problem for us with the third one is during the storm it was 90+ degrees and very humid. My options were to unplug or to run the AC. So we took the chance and ran the AC. I probably should unplug but... This might be a time when a generator would come in handy to run the AC while unplugged. Hmmm, wonder if I can sell that idea.
