Seven Wonders of Canada
This being Victoria Day, a uniquely Canadian Holiday weekend, I thought I would post this link for your information and entertainment. If you are planning on traveling in Canada, you might find it interesting.
Our national public broadcaster, the CBC, has been running a series on radio and television aimed at compiling the "Seven Wonders of Canada". This is the short list of 52 finalists. http://www.cbc.ca/sevenwonders
We have only seen a few of them, and would have a hard time picking just seven.

I was going to vote, but I couldn't find my choice. I wanted to vote for Hank Snow.

Wow, we have been lucky enough to see 14 of these places and I agree that they are wonderful. I can hardly wait until next summer when we go to Newfoundland and see more. John, you live in a beautiful country. If I had to vote for just one though I think it would have to be the Cananian Rocky's. They are awesome.
Les,, I agree with you about Hank but don't forget Celine, Shannia and Anne Murry. I love them all.
Gee, we are lucky to be fulltiming.

Great link, John. We're also looking forward to seeing some of those highlights in Canada's Northeast Provinces next summer. Thanks for sharing.

Those prairie sunsets are to die for too, I can't believe they didn't make the short list. Anyway folks this is just a VERY short list of our Canadian wonders, maybe you should come up and see us sometime! Perhaps a rally somewhere UP HERE!!!

WOW! What a list. I've been to a couple, but now have about 48 others to visit.
I can't wait! Thanks for the link.

Thanks, John,
We hope someday before too long to follow up on some of these recommendations.
We are headed for Shreveport tomorrow. A long story about that, which would not be within the purpose of this forum.

If we can count the Red Wings, we have seen three and now have 49 to go. Thanks so much for the list. Coming originally from the Detroit area, we have enjoyed the Windsor/Toronto areas for years and now will have a guide to see much more.
