Keystone Service Center comes through!
It's a happy day for the Youngs! This afternoon, we got a call from the Service Center in Goshen and our Big Sky is ready for pick-up!!! Happy dance, happy dance, happy dance . . .
It all started with a wiring issue and took 8 months of jumping through hoops, but it finally paid off. Keystone sent a transport to pick up our unit on April 8th and it went in the shop on April 24th. It's May 21st and the long list of repairs have been completed.
I can say now, it was worth the frustration. The Service Center really stepped up and even fixed a couple of things we didn't know needed fixing.
I am soooooo looking forward to getting moved back in and on the road. I've missed my house on wheels!

Good news guys ours is still at the dealer because of the Mor Ryde issue. BTW when you get a chance measure the distance between the top of your axles to the underbelly.

Glad to hear they got it fixed. We had the same result when we took ours to the service center. Wonderful work and they found things we didn't even know were wrong.

Ted & Beth - I don't know if we will be there. We still don't know where we are going when we leave Goshen.
Bad news is - We spent the night in a hotel. We arrived at the service center to pick up the Big sky. Had to unload the bed of the truck to get to the hitch. It was on the warm side, so I tried to turn on the a/c. Yep. I said "tried." No response from either unit. Since the service guys had just left, we had to leave it. Hoping for better news this morning.

Ya know what they say about counting chickens before they hatch ... Although I hope your RV finally gets repaired ... It shows me that I'm not the only one with adversity at every turn when I first got my last Montana.

It is nice to hear some positive news when it comes to the manufacture standing behind their product. They all should, but unfortunately unless you really stand your ground a lot of them give you the run a round.

YAY! Picked up the Big Sky this afternoon. We are currently set up at the Goshen Fairgrounds and everything is working. Well, except for the tank monitors. They said they fixed them, but they are registering exactly the same thing as before. They have never worked, so we can deal with that.
It took all afternoon to get most everything put away, as we had completely emptied the unit before transport picked it up. Tomorrow, we will finish up the few things left.
Suffice it to say, we are once again happy campers and so thankful to the Service Center for getting us in.

Good news. We thus far are doing OK with our repairs. Our Tanks sensors work perfectly first time ever. The C channel tank support could not be installed on the galley tank due to "the slope of the tank" .It was installed on the black tank they also used the flex input pipe as they did on yours. We will just leave the Gray and galley tanks open as they are not effective as holding tanks. They both split at the top not the inlet but at the top seam
The Mor Ryde IS system had to be removed to replace the galley tank. If anyone has the Mor Ryde system I would check for clearance between the IS cross member and the under belly. It cost us 8 hours of labor at 90.00 per hours for that.
We are working with Mor Ryde on that issue.

Rich - there is about 14" of clearance between our axles and underbelly.

Thank you I needed that. will now measure mine with the Mor Ryde.
Big difference...I have 3 1/2 inches of clearance between the IS cross member and the underbelly. MOr Ryde said they had never heard of the IS interfering with removing any tank.....I find that hard to believe??
