Replacement for Apollo 1/2 time

We have started having problems with our Apollo. This is our second unit the first was replaced by Keystone under warranty. First problem was the interior light staying on so I remove the unit and disconnected it. It is also tripping the 20 amp breaker. This all started when we used the convection feature for the first time. It now trips the breaker when used microwave function when you heat for about 3 minutes. I have almost given up on Apollo. What also complicates the situation is we are located in Ontario Canada and no one in Thunder Bay recognizes the Apollo name so getting it repaired is iffy. I contacted Midwest Sales (Tammi) and gave them a complete description of the problem and asked if they recognized the problem and about parts, refurbished unit etc. Their only response was to tell me a replacement unit would be 295.00 + shipping. I don't have much faith in another Apollo unit and Midwest Sales especially if I have to spend 295.00. I am sure some of you have been in the same position and my question is what have you replaced the Apollo with. Our fiver is a 2008 3400RL.
thanks in advance

If the dealer you bought the Monty from won't/can't help you, then I suggest you try Camping In Style in Brooklin, ON. Ask for Gail. 1-866-655-8198. The newer 3400's (like ours) have Sylvania MW's. It has been replaced once, too.
We travel to TBay every year, recently, since we have one kid left at Lakehead U. (the other has now graduated and has a job!!). Maybe we'll see you there.

We have had our Apollo Half time oven fail twice in our 2006 3400RL. Last time I talked to Midwest Sales(two weeks ago) they were still selling a refurbished Apollo for $100.00. I'd change to something else but the DW like the Apollo! When it is working. :-)

Same here.We got the 100.00 + shipping apollo a few months ago. Understand the SOB OEM now installed has just as many failures. Helen loves the Apollo..
