At 65 MPH on an LT tire you're a long way from load limit.
On Firestone Transforce HTs (E Rated) The Diminishing load limit as speed increases does not get to 3402 (it's load limit) until 106 mPH.
The physics of decreasing load capacity as speed increases is not fake news.
It's why there are so many ST tire blow-outs
The STs blow out and/or fail at all speeds, not just over 65. I cruise at 62, I'm in no hurry and don't want to try to make an emergency stop any faster...and that's when my OEM ST died.

Sailun 637. Side wall says "For Trailer Use Only" but designated as LT tire. Ours are almost two years old, have been coast to coast twice and show no wear; maintain 110 psi while running barely 10 degrees over ambient temp. We have no need to run any faster than 65 but these tires would stand high speed just fine.

The load index and speed rating on a Sailun 637 is:129/125L
129/125 is the Load Rating (4080/3640)
L is the speed rating which is 75mph

Agree with Beau2010 and Fauch. And based on lifting my S637's before they were put on, I have no doubt they will run 75 all day long. They might but I won't - 65 is fine with me
