I did, I texted him and asked and he said he did the same thing. Check all through the seats with no luck. Strange that they would give you remotes with no place to plug them or the power supply in.

We have a 2016 unit and it has a small four button remote for the electric fireplace.

In the process of getting my coach moved to NC, but im just guessing that they are not supposed to be in there, they look like they go to seating with massage and heat, but there are no hookups. I have another remote for the fire place.
