LED Under Cabinet Task Lighting Fixtures??

I want to remove the stock "pancake" fixtures that are under the cabinets and replace them with under cabinet 12V LED task lights that only shine directly downward.
The current ones glare into our eyes when we are seated. Any suggestions for replacements that resolve the issue?? Thanks!

Unfortunately that one is a halogen, not LED. I have, however, seen this concept in LED. Might work though if the LED is recessed far enough into the fixture.
