Skip-- go back to the main page or the web page here on the Forum and page down till you see PDI Suggestions. Click on it, read some of the suggested things to look for and check while you go through the PDI(Pre-Delivery Inspection). IF you want, print out some of the PDI's and take them with you so you remember to check specific things and to ask specific questions of the salesman and the service tech that will or should be briefing you on your new unit!

While I'm thinking of it, I'd like to invite you to the MOC Central Plains Regional Rally that will be held this June down here in Nebraska. If you would like more information on the CPRR let me know via email or PM and I'll fill you in on it and tell you how to get registered and all the other stuff about it!

Best of luck with the new unit and hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy our Montana!

On our 2015 3910FB, during the PDI: delaminated cargo doors, torn awning, cracked entry door hinges, inoperable LED lights, broken dining room chair. During the first 90 days, leaking slide, refrigerator dead, MW quit, Upstairs black tank flush valve failed. All that under warranty. Waiting on new refrigerator and MW. Goes without saying, came with unacceptable tires. We really like the 3910FB, and hope you like yours as well as we do. Enjoy. Ours was built before the March production change,, but believe the only major change between ours and yours, is Keystone stripped out the nice ceiling high wall to wall cabinetry in the bedroom and modified the cabinetry/window placement in the upper bathroom. Don't know if there were appliance changes or not. Dometic frig, Whirlpool MW in ours which is basically the legacy package minus the front/rear paint scheme.

We picked up our new 3910FB yesterday in Michigan and we spent approx 5 hours with the PDI. We just wanted to make sure we had nothing that needed to be replaced immediately. All went well and I wish I had listened more in class due to going about 2 hours to a campground and setting up (had to figure out the auto level). I suggest you go immediately to a campground or home(if close enough) and set it up and use things and check things while it is fresh on your mind. We have absolutely fell in love with ours and I am sure we will have things that break, but our selling dealer is 750 miles away, so we will probably do most things ourselves unless they are major. We did find right off the bat, that the cabinet doors and drawers do not stay shut well during transit, so check them before closing and opening slides ( we plan to modify ours as soon as we can ). Make sure you have all manuals, we are referring to ours constantly. Like to have never figured out the Sony TV in living area. LOL. Wife finally had to do it. Also go over with them how to get your slides in in an emergency, the manual way to get them in is pretty hidden. Hope this helps some.

The most important thing is take your time, don't let them rush you, and take notes. Besides the good checklists on the front page closely look at everything. We found ours had a cracked landing gear that had to be replaced.

We even left the dealer and took our dog to the park for an hour or so, then came back and looked it over again and hooked up. We are very impressed with ours and I am a fixit guy and look forward to doing things like adding latches to drawers and doors etc.
