I added 6' to the frame and installed a ET air ride hitch. In the Ford I had 34" from the pin to back window. On the Volvo I have 44" from pin to back of the Jeep. There are still a few minor modifications I can make if I need more room between the Jeep and Monty. During testing when building the bed we put got in to a 70* turn and still had room. I should be able to do a 90* but have not tested a 90* yet.

If thinking about a HDT I strongly suggest the HDT rally in Kansas in October. It is a very educational experience.
