Axle Problem on my 2004, 2850.

We arrived in the RGV and found that we had considerable wear on the inside of the rear axle tires. We have only about 6000 miles on the rig. Having read many of the posts on this site certainly made me aware of the problem I could have. After talking to a number of MOC members at the Mercedes RV Show, called Keystone. They were great and in very short order had set me up with an appointment to stop in at the factory on our return trip home in April. I dealt with Rick Deisler and Craig Crouch and could not have asked for any better treatment than I received from these gentlemen. Another reason that I'm glad I own a Montana and will get another!!!!

Great to hear Keystone comes through once again! Let us know how your visit to the factory turns out. Hope you can take one of the tours while you are there.
Happy trails....................

Glad to hear your good report. Owning a vintage Montana, I can attest to Keystone's Customer Service taking care of their customers. They certainly helped us, even out of warranty. If you do a search on me, you'll find several reports of their help.

Makes me even happier than I could already be when it comes to owning a Montana. Especially when I read posts like this. =)

Glad to hear that you had a good experience with Keystone Customer Service. We have been pleased with their support in the past so it is sometimes hard to understand why people report such difficulties when they contact Keystone.

I beleive that Craig Crouch fellow was a person that a couple M.O.C'ers gave negative reports on..perhaps he was just having some bad days or had a attitude adjustment. Good to hear that customer service is on track.
