Wish I had found this site before I ordered my 2955RL. Just since yesterday have learned alot. We got the bug and bit the bullet in 2 days. She should be here the first of February. We are graduating from a 1985 24 ft Alpenlite. We lived in it for a couple years altogether when I was between jobs. It has been good for us buutttt the Montana is going to be a castle compaired to the Alpenlite. another 2 years and I will retire and hope to hit the road. See ya out there somewhere.

Welcome to "The Best Darned Forum on the WWW!!!!! This is the best place on the web for Montana Questions. Be sure to go to the member pages and download a PDI list before picking up that new Montana. Let your dealer have a copy also and tell him you will be checking all those items when you pick it up. Make sure you check all tanks and drain valves also. Check out the Rally threads further on and see if anything in your area you might want to go to. Otherwise, safe travels and again WELCOME!!!!!

Mike & Keiko welcome to the MOC forum. We have the same rig that you just ordered and the wife and I just love it. We may have gotten something bigger at the time if we had a one ton truck. But the 2955RL has turned out to be just right for us. As all new rigs go there will be a few bugs to work out, but after that it should be smooth sailing. Have fun and enjoy.

Welcome aboard!
We found this forum after we got our Montana also. The first thing I did was Google Montana forums or something similar and immediately found it. It has been a wealth of information and has helped many people with their problems. Someone on here will have the answer to whatever you may need to know about. Don’t be afraid to ask!
