Keytv. Fix

After purchasing our 2019 Monty HC in March of this year and having no over the air reception and no cable reception through the keytv system we purchased a 6 decibel attenuator and that did not help with OTA reception
I was contacted by josh miller from Keytv. He asked me several questions regarding the cable hook up and other troubleshooting ideas but none seemed to help. He sent me a new keytv box I installed it and we now have OTA reception and cable tv reception. Josh was great help. Unlike the slow and sometimes rude service we received from the C/W dealer that we purchased it from
