I am contemplating getting a Banks IQ to monitor EGT, Boost, Etc. I was told that I need to buy a tuner also to be able to make this work. I already have the Banks Speed Brake. What do you use and how do you like it?

You don't HAVE to get a tuner. If you see something getting out of normal range though, a tuner could possibly help, but the indications would mean you've a problem that needs solving, not just tuning.

I tow with a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD SRW and pull a 2015 3610RL. I have the Banks Speed Brake with the IQ monitor. You don't need the tuner to use the IQ. I did get the Banks Economind tuner though and this is worth it for the mileage gains alone. I increased my mileage by 4 mpg.
