Rest well sweet Abby, our Little Bit

We went out for the day yesterday and when we returned our little Abby was all but gone, she passed over the Rainbow Bridge in the middle of the night, next to her loving daddy.

We will miss her bouncing spirit, but she is now with Sebastian and Benjamin (our other 2 yorkies) and a number of kitties that were waiting for her at the bridge.

After she was so sick earlier this summer, we had hopes that she would be with us for a few years more, but her Maker had other ideas for her.

Rest well, sweet Abby.

Ahh, Carol I am so sorry. Now she has no pain. I hate it when we lose a member of our family. Our shepard is slowing down quickly. He's ten and we've lost all our others by age 11.

We know your pain and offer our love. I still tear up when I think of our little guy we lost several years ago. You know she is not in pain and having a great time with Sebastian and Benjamin.
Hugs, hugs.

Losing a pet is one of the hardest, saddest parts of life. Too bad their life span isn't like ours. Gus, our golden who was a wedding present, will be 13 next month. He's slowing down and really showing his age.
You and al are in my thoughts....

That's really too bad...having pets is wonderful, but saying goodbye is tough. Ours is 10 and starting to show signs even though she thinks she's still a puppy.
We always say we aren't going through it again, but so far we always do.
Take care...love the Rainbow Bridge thing.

We are so sorry about Abby. I am crying as I write this.
I think that is a great place to bury her. And the rock is a nice touch.
Please think good thoughts that she is in a field of grass and flowers running with all the other dogs that went over the rainbow bridge. I have heard that once and awhile one of the dogs will leave the others and go running to meet their masters when they go.

Carol, you and Al are in our thoughts.

So sorry to hear about Abby. I hope it's a comfort to you that you got to spend time with her before she passed. Our sheltie passed away while she was laying in my lap. No more discomfort and complete peace for her

Thanks all

We appreciate your kind and supportive words.

Dusty: She will be leading the pack at the Rainbow Bridge, taking command, as she did in this household:

Carol and Al, so sorry to hear of your loss, when we lost our other yorki, (Nikki) it was so sad, but we had Megan to help us as she still thinks she is a puppy at the age of 7. So glad your other three will be there to comfort you, and I know they wonder where Abby has gone. God Bless

Carol and Al,

Please know that we share your loss with you. We also know the pain of losing a cherished pet. We know she is in good company on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.
