3585SA has a 60x80 mattress!

Just notice this when putting on our foam mattress. Our 2955RL's queen bed was 60X76...nice to have them couple of inches more! LOL

Five minutes ago (literally) our prospective new dealer notified us that a 2007 3400RL has a 60 X 76 queen mattress. The king size will be a normal king width but will also be 76 long. According to him there will be no rounded corners which has been a sticking point for some folks. Wonder what this will do for standing room in front of the sink? Any other info out there?

As far as I know, all the 2007 models have the 80-inch mattress, both queen and king. Ours is 80 inches. Our 2003 3295RK and 2001 2880RL had the shorter mattress.

Bill and Pat, I thought the rounded corners on the king was so the bed would clear the vanity when the slide is retracted. Maybe they redesigned or repositioned the vanity? Or is the king going to be 76 inches to accommodate this? That wouldn't affect the narrower queen.

Humm. The OEM Queen mattress in our built is April of 06 was 60X 80.We trashed it for a Bear air bed, Queen size 60X80 no rounded corners we have no problem with with standing in front of or clearing anything. Is this a "isolated incident"

Our queen is 60x80 also and no rounded corners. The Kings I've seen had the rounded corners but I haven't seen the newest ones. The wider king would hit the angled vanity if it didn't have the rounded corners. The narrower queen wouldn't. That's why I wondered how they solved that problem if they no longer use the rounded corners on the king. I hope this explains better what I was asking.

Ours does not have rounded corners as there is nothing to really get in the way. I am assumming this is why the mattress is longer too. We have the enclosed bath so no sink to get in the way either.

We understood what you were asking Steve. So we have another call into the dealer for clarification. He promises that he will contact Keystone. That and the sofa question should be interesting to find out about.

My King size mattress has rounded corners. I actually like the rounded corners, and how the bed spread fits perfect around the entire mattress. It just looks neat to me. I didn't think it was comfortable so I added memory foam which really helped out a lot! I should have put memory foam on my bed when I owned my house...never thought about it....but it works for me. Even though its just me, I like the size of the king size bed...lots of room to put all my deocrative pillows etc...when I go to bed.

Hmmm - hope they don't shorten the bed because of the rounded corners. I prefer the extra length.
