I'm Signing Papers Saturday on the 3400RL

I'm gunna finally do it. After reading and asking and reading some more it has come down to this Saturday.
We have decided on the 3400RL due to more storage than the 3650RK. It seems like a lot better trailer to FT in. I had to convince my DW of this but in the end she has faith in me for making the right decision. I have gone back to Foley RV and gave them another chance and they have come thru for me. At least I feel like I'm getting a good deal. I have received confirmation from others that for the West coast it is a good price. Freight charges are over $3,000. The best price I could get is when I order it. So it will be 10 LONG weeks.

Thanks for having patience with me.

Congratulations! One thing to keep in mind, ours came off the line in five weeks and the dealer had it by the sixth. Depending on the timing of the order yours may be a week longer. We happened to get in on the last day of a week schedule. So, be prepared to take delivery sooner than the ten weeks. Most dealers tell you a longer time so you're happy if it's there in 6 weeks and not unhappy because it took 7 or 8.

I agree the 3400 is a good choice. We're starting to see the light at the end of that proverbial tunnel as far as getting ours organized and personalized. Thanks to Ozz, we now have two additional power outlets in ours!

Good luck. Be sure to let us know when it arrives.

See another Montana or Mountaineer on the road? Flash lights twice, it might be one of us!

Thank you everyone, I have already printed out the PDI sheet that someone has put together. Thank you to whom ever that was.
Now I am going to start reading up on all the mods I can do.
If the unit comes in early, that will be great !!!
I hope I will be able to sleep until it gets here.

Heah guys let him think he is getting a Thanksgiving Montana. When James gets it early he will think he has fast forward to Christmas

Once you have your Montana you will be tinkering forever. Add the decals to your PDI list. We had several that needed to be replaced because of scatches that went through to the filon siding. We didn't notice two of them until the final PDI because the Montana was dirty. We just got the last two decals replaced three weeks ago when we had some other things fixed.

Thanks Colleen, That’s a good idea. I was studying over the calendar last night trying to plan my exodus from my current apartment and trying to get out of paying rent for November. What ever the case… it will be an early Christmas.

Thanks again everyone.

Congratulations on the 3400RL....Trust me you won't look back. We never did. After looking at everything under the sun, it all came down to Montana. Then it was which one. We looked at them all but when I stepped into the 3400RL We just knew. It felt like home. We did rearrange the furniture but other then that everything is perfect. We have had issues which every RV has but to this day we know that is the best decision we could have made. Good luck, do your PDI (even though it may take hours, get it done) and you won't be sorry.
