I think we are all jumping up and down enough for them to shake the USA. Or was that an earthquake I felt

Just spoke to Dave (dsprk) via cell. They are a couple days away from a internet connection remember thay took delivery of the 3400 and started full timing at the same time. They are very busy campers. He reports the trip back home went well/Lots of traffic lots of orange barrels..he did not get a barrel and the brakes work real good. We were with them for the PDI Thursday and there were no problems. The trip home was 7 hours and they are set up in their new lot (campground) they report everything is working as it should with no major or minor problems encountered. The Tv pulled with no problem and they were satisfied with the MPG..They will give me reports via cell till they get a internet connection up..

Well besides making the MOC seem quiet, Dave's absence is adversly affecting his 6.17 daily posting average. :-)

Seriously, even we lurkers are happy for him and can't wait for him to be back online.

Pretty exciting times for Dave and Cheryl. I can't imagine how overwhelming it has to be to be moving in to fulltime at the same time. I am having a difficult time making it to fulltiming, and I still have a stick house for 60 more days!!

Thanks Rich and Helen for keeping us up to speed.

OK, Dave, how long does it take to get that internet up and working?

Priorities! Simple minds want to know!

Hi Guys! Sorry I've been gone so long. Still don't have internet. I have a phone that is an EVDO phone card and my Motorola Phone Tools CD that I just bought has a glitch, so I have no internet here at lour CG. They do not have WiFi. I am working on getting a updated download, but the site I need to get to is down right now. Hope to be up and running by the end of the day.

PDI went well, as Rich said. Our trip home was semi-uneventful. Two panic stops on I-75 in Flint on TGIF, 4 PM northbound traffic. Brakes work. There must be a new "Orange Barrel Law" now states that barrels must now be ON THE LINE, not off to the side anymore. 9 ft lanes in HEAVY Fri afternoon traffic was a teeth gritting experience. The math, BTW, comes to 6 inch clearance on each side. Did not hit a single barrel in that 10 mile stretch. Hard to believe.

We have found nothing wrong yet with our 3400. We love it. We finally got the last out of our apartment last night. Hauling down a long flight of stairs for five days, is not something I want to do again.

Cheryl is currently putting everything away, I have gone into town and I am sitting across from a "Free WiFi" motel to type this. Hopefully our internet situation will be resolved soon...

I was posting over 6 posts per day??? I must have a boring life... Either that or I have a lot of friends here...

But my ears are burning... I can tell you guys are talking about me.

I'll be back in touch shortly. I do want to thank Rich for all his help. Cheryl and I are very grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help someone with no thought of reward for himself. Also, Steve Emmel really helped out a bunch, too, while we were in Mackinaw City, and I want to thank him also. Cheryl and I had a great time in Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island with Rich & Helen and Steve & Patty.

I'll be back...

Dave,
We are so happy for you and glad everything is working out for the two of you. You may find yourselves changing where you put things. We've moved things around several times. And you will go to rallies and find out what someone else did that you like and change again. Congrats on not hitting the orange cones. This is one of Ed's pet peeves.
Happy trails................................
