Terrific List!
Thanks for the reference list on the Members an their MOC # RAMBIGSKY!
I have copyed it into an excel spreadsheet. Now any way we can populate it with other info from profiles, for example, Montana model and TV? Then we'ed have a simple and informative list that might help new members choose trucks and/or RVs that are matched in capacity etc.

I also did a spreadsheet but to cut down on the size so it could be emailed, I did it in three columns on each page. This doesn't leave room for added info but could be changed. I would still like to do an Access database for this but not everyone has Access.
Happy trails.....................

Parrothead, it's been awhile since I did any Access development (a good long while, actually) but isn't there an option to output an executable so those without Access can view the database? They'd not be able to update. It would be read only.

Steve
I'll check it out. I've used Access a lot but just recently set up my own things and I'm still learning. I know Powerpoint does that.
Happy trails...................

Why not use the "database" feature of mail merge for MSWord. Everybody(almost) has word. You can custom define fields, sort by fields etc. Could then e-mail to anybody.

Go, Gurus, Go! I'm so glad we have all these talented people on this forum. And, when you're all done, could we have one, too? bamatravelers@earthlink.net Thanks in advance.
