How did you...

Get your DW to respond to an issue on this site? She reads some of the posts and wants to respond, but she is a little nervous.

Tell her we don't bite!

Send her to the Gals section and let her practice there!

OK, we are family and sometimes we don't agree, but there is NO nicer forum on the WWW.

Jump in, have fun, share your knowledge, we all learn something here everyday, we just KNOW she has oodles to offer!

OHHHHH, get her her OWN user ID!!!

That's funny cause I (DW) was the one to sign up for the forum. Now, DH looks at it all the time
and if he wants to say something, he tells me. I attributed that to the fact that he doesn't type
fast or well. Maybe not. The forum is non-discriminating.

I'm the same as Sandy. Bob never looks, but likes the hear what's up and then dictates any response or helpful information. Tell her there are lots of women on the forum and we welcome her input, questions and just general presence.

I think from what I’ve seen many of the spouse’s don’t participate on the forum. I know my wife has some but usually just when it involves her in preparing something for a rally or I indicate that she should look at something! I can’t say that I blame her at all because she works in front of a computer all day long and she doesn’t want to see one all evening at home. I think there are a few couples where both may be on here but I don’t know of many at all.
Come on admit it; who are you?

We are on as a couple, but like some of the other DW's, my DH doesn't like to type. When we post about something, he often dictates what I should write (i.e., how he modified Monty, etc.). I sign it with both our names if it is a collaboration. Otherwise I sign my name if it's just from me.

My D/W refuses to get on at all. If I see something I think she'll be interested in...like a mod or addition, I'll copy it, paste it and send it to her in an email. If she wants more information...she'll look over my shoulder...that's it.
