Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 box of cake mix, any flavor. (Lemon is especially good)
2 cups of thawed Cool Whip
1 egg
Powdered sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Batter will be very sticky.

Roll into balls and then coat with powdered sugar. (Use the powdered sugar on your hands to keep it from sticking).

Place balls on cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes.

Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on wire rack.
