Item #1= Curbside basement door discoloring and one of the struts has pulled out four times already and has temporarily been refastened AGAIN!
Item #2= One of the aluminum support frame cross members has been beat with a hammer or something and then been re-welded (and a poor job at that) again. Found this when replacing the black tank flush connection in the convenient center. I have photos if they so not want to empty the basement out and take the wall out to see it.
