Dave,

Sliding table, extendable leave AND it's not as close to the window as I remembered, maybe 1-1/2". It's just still difficult to move the shades/blinds, but not near as close as I thought it was. Nevertheless, the sliding table is still a whooo hoooo for me!

Mac,
My wife and I thought we could improve on the table set up somewhat so I removed the screws holding the table to the floor and we tried moving it around for a better fit.
We finally decided by moving toward the rear about 1-1/2" and away from the window about 3" worked very well for us.
After trying for awhile we then reinstalled the screws with the table in the new location.

Next change we are considering since it will just be us two most of the time is removing two dinette chairs and moving the table to the rear in front of the large window, moving the couch to area table now sits in and the recliners, if we keep them, to where the couch is now.
