One other comment on the hot water switch on my 06 Montana. In all the other RVs I owned with the automatic hot water heaters, the light on the switch was only on when the hot water burner was firing. Now on my Montana, the light is on all the time when you have the switch turned "ON"

IMO this new switch is a better idea and you won't forget it on like the older system.

Wrenchtraveller, if yours is like ours the light will stay on in the switch itself, as you said. There also, on ours, is a small dot of a light near the switch. That one lights when firing like your old switch did.
